Chairman of the Board, President and CEO
Alain Bédard assumed the management of Cabano-Kingsway in 1996 which eventually became TransForce. Through numerous acquisitions and strategic investments, he has established a powerful network of subsidiaries, thus increasing the Company's market penetration and geographic coverage. Alain is a CA and CMA graduate in Accounting and Finance from the Université de Sherbrooke, and he was awarded the title of Fellow by the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec in February 2011.

Executive Vice President
Jean-François Dodier joined TransForce in October 2002 as General Manager of the Besner subsidiary. As Executive Vice President, he now oversees all aspects of operations for several subsidiaries of the Truckload segment across Eastern Canada. Jean-François holds a Certified Management Accountants designation.

Executive Vice President
Marc Fox began his career at TransForce in October 2005 as a Consultant. From October 2006 through mid-2011 he served as President of Services Matrec Inc. since May 2010, he has also been President of the Oilfield Services divisions. In his function of Executive Vice President, Marc is responsible for Waste Management and Energy Sector Services. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.

Jim Houston joined TransForce in April 2003 as President of Trans4 Logistics. Over the years he was given the responsibility of leading several subsidiaries. In 2009 he was named President of Canpar. As Executive Vice President, Jim's focus is Canpar and Loomis Express. He is a graduate of Montreal's Concordia University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree.

Brian Kohut began his career with TransForce in June 2001 as Vice President and General Manager of TST Expedited Services. As Executive Vice President he now oversees ATS Retail Solutions, ICS Courier and Dynamex in the Package and Courier segment. Brian is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario.

Rob O'Reilly was VP of Operations of TST Overland when it was acquired by TransForce in March 2000. He was promoted to President of TST Overland in January 2005 and in 2008 he became President of the TST group of companies. As Executive Vice President, Rob's responsibilities mainly cover the LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) segment. He is a graduate of the Human Resources Program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston.
