Chairman of the Board, President and CEO
Alain Bédard assumed the management of Cabano-Kingsway in 1996 which eventually became TransForce. Through numerous acquisitions and strategic investments, he has established a powerful network of subsidiaries, thus increasing the Company's market penetration and geographic coverage. Alain is a CA and CMA graduate in Accounting and Finance from the Université de Sherbrooke, and he was awarded the title of Fellow by the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec in February 2011.

Vice President Marketing & Communications
Johanne Dean joined TransForce in 1987 and assumed management roles in several departments of the company. In 1999 she was appointed Vice President, Sales for Kingsway Transport. Johanne has served as TransForce's VP Marketing & Communications since 2001. Johanne studied Transportation and Logistics at McGill University.

Vice President Human Resources
Sylvain Desaulniers joined TransForce in 2000 as Director, Human Resources. In 2004, he was appointed Vice President Human Resources. He provides strategic leadership and coordinates all of the Company's human resources functions. Sylvain holds a B.A in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal.

Vice President Business Development
Louis Gagnon joined TransForce in 2009 as Vice President Business Development. He is responsible for several subsidiaries and oversees the Real Estate Department. Louis pursued his business studies at the University of Sherbrooke, and through a range of professional programs in the U.S.

Vice President Legal Affairs & Corporate Secretary
Josiane Langlois joined TransForce as a Legal Advisor in 2001. Appointed Vice President Legal Affairs & Corporate Secretary in 2006, she oversees all corporate aspects of TransForce and its subsidiaries. Josiane holds a Master in Notarial Law (LL.M.) from the Université de Montréal.

Vice President, Insurance and Compliance
Chantal Martel joined TransForce in 2002 to serve as the Company's Attorney, Compliance. Her current responsibilities include overseeing insurance programs for TransForce and all its subsidiaries, as well as managing the Compliance function. She holds a Bachelor degree in Law from the Université de Montréal and is a member of the Quebec Bar.

Martin Quesnel joined TransForce in 1999 as a consultant. He then assumed management roles in several departments of the company and was named Vice President Finance in 2009. His responsibilities encompass overseeing the Company's treasury function, corporate and equipment financing. Martin holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC Montréal) and is a Chartered Accountant.

Ken Tourangeau joined TransForce in 2004 as Assistant Controller. He was promoted to Vice President, Administration in 2009. His responsibilities include financial reporting, internal controls and IT. Ken holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC Montréal), and is a Chartered Accountant.
